In order to improve its customer's satisfaction, the CDS took a quality management structure in continuous evolution
After having set up a quality system on the basis of reference frame ISO 9002, for the manufacture and the marketing of couscous and pasta, the CDS extended the application field of its certificate, in 2002, to development, manufacturing and marketing of couscous and pasta according to the reference frame ISO 9001 version 2000
The certification ISO 9001 consolidated the step quality under consideration of general direction to achieve many objectives:
- Offer a salubrious product and a good service, both guarantors with the customers expectations,
- Ensure permanently the development of the CDS competences ,
- Confirm the partnership with our principal suppliers in order to imply them in our quality policy,
- Optimize our cost price.
In order to guarantee a success of its management quality, the CDS provided the necessary scope including the skilled persons , the adequate equipment of production and control to manage, execute and check the as well as the training of internal auditors.
In 2000, the CDS obtained from TUV body, the certification HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control point) according to reference frame DS 3027 covering the security of the foodstuffs.
This system allow customers to have salubrious product, so much on the biological than chemical and physical micro plan. This is owing to good raw material and total control of the process of production and storage.
This investment allow to establish a hygienic vigilance by controls of the critical points, aiming at ensuring a total and perpetual control of the hygiene of places, staff, raw material and products.
Today, the CDS adopts an integrated quality approach guaranteeing a tractability of the product and occurrence.
