STPA (Société Tunisienne de Production Alimentaire)

Considered to be the parent company, STPA, was founded in 1973, and is the milling division of the group. This company includes four different units, each responsible for several operations like durum & soft wheat milling (semolina and flour), animal feed compounds, grain and commodity trading, poultry and chicken farming.

CDS (Couscousseries Du Sud)

Created in 1978, CDS is the Tunisian market leader when it comes to couscous and pasta production under the Diari and Spiga labels. Known for its top quality products, CDS has an advanced quality program and holds HACCP & ISO 9002 certifications. It was the first company to mass-produce couscous on a fully automated basis by using industrial scale state-of-the-art equipments.

Moreover, CDS is the holder of two world records published in the Guinness Book of World Records; The world's largest couscous meal with 2.000 Kg of semolina, 300 whole chickens, 30 whole lambs and 1570 kg of vegetables and condiments, and The world's largest cooking pot measuring 5 meters in height and 2 meters in diameter. These records were established in the city of Tozeur, Tunisia on January 23rd 2000, which coincided with the company's 20th anniversary.

SPPAS (Société de Production des Produits Alimentaires du Sud)

This is a second mill, operating and specializing in wheat & barley milling and processing, with the outcomes being grain-based products for soup preparation.

Flexo Print

Founded in 1994, Flexo Print is the design and packaging affiliate, where most film wrapping materials for the food products are produced. It handles the graphic artwork as well as the printing of packaging for the group brands and other customers. Flexo print also holds the ISO 9001 norms of operation.
